Please note that the gatehouse at Salt Springs Resort now uses DocuSign to automate guest registration. This is a required check-in process, and tenants must complete it to gain resort access. The DocuSign application requires tenants to upload a photo ID and pay a gate processing charge (usually $20.00). We will request your email address to facilitate this process.

Boat and Trailer parking is on your rented unit, additional parking may be available but is first come, first serve and will have posted time limits and requirements.

Large premium pavered lot (4356 ft²) situated on a wide street and located close to Little Lake Kerr. Lot has super easy access making set up a cinch. A large 45ft RV or Class A bus will comfortably fit and the lot has more room for toys like boat/trailer, jet ski/trailer or ATV’s/trailer (max 2 trailers per lot). Additional amenities include parks and recs style charcoal BBQ and Wi-Fi access. You will want this lot year after year!

The Refuge is a peaceful spacious unit with extra parking for your boat. Unit has large screened in porch with an outdoor kitchen. Unit has full kitchen complete with cookware. Unit sleeps 4. WiFi is available.
