Our 2b/2b Condo is directly on the Comal River and across the street from Schlitterbahn.
The Comal is flowing with crisp 72 degree water 🥶which is amazing when it’s 107 out! 🥵
There are 3 different floating options if you want to float for 4 hours or 1 hour. 🛟
There’s also a pool overlooking the river🏊🏼‍♀️

This is a premium Holiday weekend and it won’t last. 🤩

The best River floating experience happens at the Wet Feet Retreat!
Inverness Condo offers one of the only true float out/float in experiences in New Braunfels. No need to take a shuttle to an area park to float the Comal.
River access is right outside our back door! 🛟🏞️

Landa Park is one of the best spots for summer fun and relaxation with kids. ☀️
Take a dip in the spring-fed pool at the Aquatic Center, take a ride on the mini train, enjoy a picnic, hop on a paddleboat, play a round of mini golf, or run around on the playground.
