MOOD: Texas

MOOD: Texas Today, we serve over 9,000 clients, and growing. No longer confined just to enhancing an elevator ride, we now provide music anywhere a client desires.

Mood Texas Is Prepared To Serve Your Needs Today. And In The Future. Today, we serve approximately 9,000 accounts. No longer confined just to enhancing an elevator ride, our music is anywhere a client desires โ€“ inside a building, outside a building, pool-side or anywhere else that music can help create an enjoyable experience and be a positive influence. But wait, thatโ€™s not all. Mood Texas also

offers messaging overhead and on hold, drive-thru communications, digital signage to inform or sell to customers, and even Dish network satellite and Bose/Klipsch/JBL sound systems. Most important is the fact that long-term relationships with our customers (many spanning 50 continuous years) are the foundation of the Muzak success story. Weโ€™d love to have you begin your branding journey with us.

Did you know your business needs a SEPARATE music license?

Without a commercial license, a business could face steep fines for copyright infringement.

It may seem harmless to simply play music straight from someone's personal Spotify or from a phone plugged into a speaker, but it's actually a legal gray area most business owners aren't aware of.

Playing music publicly, even from a paid personal streaming account, requires a commercial license. Personal subscriptions are licensed for private, non-commercial listening only.

Mood Texas takes care of this matter for its clients. Learn more about our Music for Business: https://bit.ly/3vqL5lW

Another San Antonio space we're proud to power up. ๐Ÿฅ‚

Congrats to Twin Liquors on the new location, where we handled the commercial sound system (featuring Sonance speakers and our Harmony Music service) so every visit feels effortless.

A dealership is really several spaces in one. Here's a look behind a large-scale system install we're wrapping at Blue Bonnet Chrysler Jeep.

We built the entire audio system from the ground up. It features 52 ceiling speakers running through the front porch, both the Jeep and Chrysler showrooms, the media center, the customer cafe and waiting area, the service advisors' area and the employee breakroom.

Every space gets its own background music, tuned to fit the room. In the conference room, we added a setup that lets the team switch between TV audio, background music and their own device over HDMI.

A big thank you to their team for partnering with us!

How It Works: Zoned audio. You probably notice how a great restaurant feels chill at the bar, lively in the dining room and totally different in the private event space?

It's not one playlist turned up loud. It's separate audio zones, each set for its own mood, all managed from one place. A central amplifier or matrix processor takes multiple audio inputs (streaming service, live mic, TV audio) and routes them to separately wired speaker groups. Each group is a "zone."

Control lives in software, which is why a floor manager can reassign any source to any zone on the fly without touching a rack of gear.

One venue, many moods, zero chaos.

What AV question should we tackle next?

It's still 104ยฐ outside. โ˜€๏ธ The last thing anyone wants is to walk into a place that feels as chaotic as the heat. The right sound and atmosphere turn your business into the cool, relaxing escape people actually want to stay in.

Summer's long in Texas, make your space the room people don't want to leave.

Picture it: five distinct spaces including a restaurant, a bar, a mercado and a hidden speakeasy, all controlled from a single tap on one screen. That's what we built inside Jason Dady's new concept, MexicoCeaty, a new food hall on the San Antonio River Walk. Every audio zone, every TV and screen with full control at just one touch.

See how we did it.
