My Good People, here are the updates (Its Looong):
**SUMMER MADNESS XIV (14): JULY 9-14, 2022**
WE ARE ALL SYSTEMS GO!! We just signed the 1st (and Biggest) contract for our 2022 Itinerary.
Our 14th Annual Summer Madness Event is OFFICIALLY on the map. It'll be at the Luxurious All Inclusive 5 Star Majestic Elegance Resort and Spa in Costa Mujeres, Mexico. The first deposit of $200 per person (not per Double room) and $300 for a Single room is due May 3, 2021.

Due to me admittingly not knowing HOW many people are coming, I only reserved 200 rooms. We had 400 rooms reserved for 2020. If/when we get more people, (like I expect), we'll add more rooms--HOPEFULLY at the same rate--since we will then be subject to the Resort's Availability. DO NOT PASS GO! Get your deposits in now and reserve your LIMITED spot!
**ENTERTAINMENT and ITINERARY:**
We want you to be TOTALLY engrossed in Happiness and Fun while we’re there. The Majestic will also be providing some EXTRA Entertainment (Foam Parties and such) to add onto our FUN agenda.
TWO (2) THEME PARTIES:
The 2 Theme Parties this year will be FIRE AND ICE on Sunday for our sit-down Dinner and our CAMO Party on Wednesday.
FUN ITINERARY:
• Saturday: "Meet and Greet" Pajama Party (Fun PJs).
• Sunday: Sermon on the Beach, Spoken Word, Games, Dance Instruction, Sunday night: Sit Down Dinner, FIRE and ICE (Red and White) Theme. This is going to be Niiiiiiiice! Hott Shoes Concert. Raffle. Lip Sinc and Comedy Show.
• Monday: Games, Dance Instruction. “All Star” Sports Jersey Night Party. Wear any Sports Jersey.
• Tuesday: Games, Dance Instruction. Beach Party (DDT PARTY SHIRTS PROVIDED). R &B Concert with TONY TERRY.
• Wednesday: Games, Dance Instruction. ALL BLUE Pool/Foam Party, CAMO Theme Party at night. HIP HOP Concert with ROB BASE!
• Thursday: Head home EXHAUSTED!!
COMEDY SHOW: Comedian TBA
DANCE INSTRUCTION:
Line Dance Instruction: Doug “X-Man” Hawkins returns to do our Line Dancing.
FUN ADULT GAMES:

We’ll have a Super array of DJ's to cater to your musical pleasure: House, Reggae, Old Skool R&B, Hip Hop, GoGo (and maybe some Neo Soul).
**"SWEET" SUITES:**
There are multiple room types this year. The most affordable are on the Majestic side. The ones with upgraded service are in the "Elegance Club".
They're all the same dimensions, but the Majestic Suites don't come with Butler Service as the Elegance Club Suites do.
We already know there’s gonna be a RUSH for the Swim Up Suites I can guarantee they’re gonna be gone within minutes of announcing this package. We’ll have a Waiting List for sure.

EACH person must fill out a Registration form in order to be secured in their room. Just go to the DDT Website: http://www.dancindougtravel.com/vacations and fill out the online Registration form. The Trip has been uploaded, so fill in the type of room you want under “ANY SPECIAL NEEDS BOX”
**INCENTIVE:**
DDT Capos/Agents, per the contract, 30 rooms sold gets you a FREE room AND an Upgrade to the next level of room per majority of type of rooms sold. 20 rooms gets you a free Bed in Double Occupancy.
**CANCELLATION POLICY:**
300 days or more, prior to scheduled group arrival date, no PENALTY will be assessed.
300-240 days prior to/up to group arrival date of trip: There will be a 25% Penalty of Total cost of room.
240-180 day prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 50% Penalty of Total cost of room.
180-150 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 75% Penalty of Total cost of room
150-120 days prior to/up to group arrival date: There will be a 100% Penalty (TOTAL COST OF ROOM).
THERE’S A STANDARD DDT ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $100 ADDED ONTO ALL HOTEL FEES AND CANCELLATIONS.

**TRIP PROTECTION:**
There are several plans to choose from. Not Choosing whether or not you want Travel Insurance will result in an incomplete application. You will need to DECLINE or select the Policy that you want and make payment. Travel Insurance is not in effect until it's paid for. It costs us a lot of money and effort to visit several Resorts and select one for our Group. We don't only pay for the rooms, but we also pay costs for the shuttle service, DJs that provide music, Artists for Entertainment, Dance Instructors, Tee-shirts and Masks, Shipping costs, Drink set-ups and Private Dinners.
Those costs are shared by all who attend. By deliberately booking directly with another Travel Agency and attempting to circumvent those costs, you are STEALING from EVERYONE--so please DON'T DO IT.
We know that sometimes it may be due to misinformation, or lack of knowledge. We understand that and will try to resolve those situations.
Unfortunately, I have to put this out EVERY year, because we always have people who just want to SHOW UP AND TURN UP--but didn't PAY UP. Smh
RESORT CHECK IN:
I'm still tying down the last parts of the contracts for Maldives, Hawaii, Alaska, Haven, Ghana, Amalfi Coast and Egypt. We'll have them shortly. Please be patient. I have to ensure that the Resorts are still up to s***f and able to provide the level of service we want.
