San Antonio 👀🏀🎨

I recently had someone reach out looking for potential wall locations across San Antonio for a future mural honoring a Spurs legend.

At this stage, we’re simply trying to help make connections.

We’d love to identify a few businesses, property owners, schools, gyms, or community spaces that might be open to exploring a mural conversation.

If you know a wall or a space that could be a fit, tag them below or send a DM with:

Nothing is finalized — we’re just trying to help open doors and see what opportunities might exist around the city.

WOW. San Antonio showed up. ❤️

The Zona Cultural Public Art Walk on May 30 has officially reached capacity and our waitlist is now active.

What started as a community art walk has quickly turned into one of the most anticipated public art events we’ve helped organize and we’re incredibly grateful for the excitement surrounding San Antonio’s artists, stories, and cultural spaces.

If you still want to attend:
Join the waitlist.

Over the coming weeks we’ll be sending reminder emails encouraging guests who can no longer attend to cancel their reservation so spots can open up for others in the community.

Meet Mike “Comp” Arguello 🎨

If you’ve ever felt San Antonio’s culture jump off a wall… there’s a good chance Comp had something to do with it.

His work pulls straight from the soul of the city... Fiesta, mariachi, family, tradition, all layered into bold, emotional murals that tell real stories.

From Market Square to murals across the city, Comp’s art captures both celebration and reflection… the beauty of where we come from and where we’re going.

We’re excited to have him as part of the 30 Years of Public Art: Zona Cultural Walking Tour 🙌

Meet Ashleigh Garza 👏🎨

Born and raised in San Antonio, Ashleigh Garza creates artwork that feels bold, imaginative, and full of life.

Her roots began in graffiti and street art, and today her signature style blends femininity, community, compassion, and larger-than-life characters that instantly pull you in.

You’ve likely seen her impact in Market Square through The Spirit Within, a mural that celebrates culture, movement, and the creative soul of our city.

Ashleigh’s art reminds us that public art can be powerful, playful, and deeply local all at once.

Meet Christopher Montoya 👏🎨

If you’ve spent time in San Antonio, chances are you’ve seen Christopher Montoya’s work lighting up our city.

A native San Antonio muralist and painter, Christopher blends South Texas culture, family stories, bold color, and street-art energy into pieces that feel instantly local.

You’ll experience his stunning Iluminación De La Plaza during our FREE 30 Years of Public Art walking tour, where Plaza de Armas becomes a visual portal to the city’s past.

His art feels like history, culture, and barrio pride all in one frame.
