Welcome to La Casita Drexel, a beautiful home built in 1930 located in the Denver Heights Neighborhood of San Antonio just near the Alamodome and minutes from Downtown. This 1500 sq ft charming home
has 12-foot ceilings, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. Overall, the casita provides a cozy, and comfortable space for families / guests up to 8. The Space:
• Bedroom 1 - 1 King size bed with a connecting restroom (Master)
• Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen bed with a connection restroom (Queen Suite)
• Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed and 1 Bunk bed [Twin bed on top, full size bed on the bottom] (Barn door)
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stovetop, microwave, cooking utensils, pots, and pans. Enjoy your coffee with the Keurig [K cups are available].
• Bathrooms - Both bathrooms will have towels, and other bathroom essentials for your use, an iron, and ironing board is available during your stay.
• Living room - Get comfy on the couches and enjoy the 65’ in Smart TV. Games, Netflix and Hulu + Hulu Live TV. Check In - 4pm. [self key pad with personal code during your stay]
Check Out - 12pm. Please contact me for earlier check in or for a later check out, if needed. All requests will be reviewed based off other bookings. Deposit: Required during time of booking. Cancellation fee: Deposit is 100% refundable if you cancel within 72 hours of the deposit received. Canceling after 72 hours of deposit received will result in forfeiting 100% of the deposit. Parking: Free parking
The home offers a driveway that can fit 2-3 vehicles. Additional street parking is available however, please note that there is a city sign that states you cannot park directly in front of the home. Attractions Driving Distance:

Home Rules:
• Absolutely, no smoking inside the home. Any indication of smoking inside will automatically result in forfeiting the deposit. Smoking outside the home is okay. However, Illegal substances of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate eviction.
• No parties or events.
• No extra guests allowed.
• No pets of any kind allowed.
• Quiet Hours are from 11pm-6am per City of San Antonio. Please note:
• We’re not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occurred while on the premises / during the stay.
• There are NO cameras inside the home. A Camera is only installed outside of the property for your protection and the protection of the home.
• Should damages occurred of any kind, this will be subject to forfeiting the deposit. Please treat this home as if it is your own.
• If you’d like to book, please text me your dates your inquiring; arrival and departure dates, along with the number guests staying at the property. All reservation rates vary.
• We have the right to refuse services to anyone, and ask anyone to leave the property if rules are broken.
