Job Description: We are a Virtual Receptionist Service. But what is that? Take the personal touch you get with a front desk receptionist at any corporate company, and take that level of personal attention and bring it to an Answering Service that answers for 50+ clients at any given time. That’s our every Tuesday.

Duties: Answer phones, provide information as needed, type messages and direct them accordingly, delegate when needed, and contact the appropriate staff when applicable.

Desired Employee Attributes:

Good typing skills. Fast is good, Accurate is better, Both are preferred.

Multitasking. At times, you might be juggling as many as 12 calls at 1 time. This is unusal as any time this busy should be handled by multiple employees, but handling 4-5 calls at a time may occur three to four times in a given shift.

Attention to Details. We have several clients who’s company name is identical, but with different City Locations. As such, it is VERY possible to take a call for the wrong client, so attention to those little details can have a VERY large impact on how calls are handled.

Firm work ethic. There are busy times where you are 2, 3, 4, or more calls deep, helping many of our customers during very difficult and distressing times. A calm, empathetic, and genuine personality is a million dollar quality in this job. Additionally, there are down times where one might get 1or 2 calls in an hour. Yet each call must be handled as though that caller was the most important person you speak to that day. This is definitely a high-stress job.

Additional skills of use. Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), Schedule flexibility, Computer skills, Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Including Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook), Call control skills, Patience, Self Motivating, and versatility.

This is a job that takes a lot of work in a short period of time. It requires a certain personality, and not everyone is ready for it. But if you think you have what it takes, this can be a fun job with a rewarding payoff, both within and outside of the job.

LOOKING FOR 2 PART TIME WORKRS (Day / Swing SHIFT)
WORK FROM HOME. (PAID On-Site Training takes about a month, after which you will begin working from home.)

Job Requirements:
Must be Bi-Lingual.
Typing 35+WPM
Medical, Secretarial, or Call Center experience Required.
Job includes answering calls, taking messages, and delegating calls as needed.

Work from home requires HIGH SPEED internet connection
Newer computer (no more than 3 years old)
A quiet environment with ZERO distractions

In a 6 hour period, you will have 3 hours of 5-10 calls per hour, 1 hour of 15-20 Calls, and 2 hours of 35-60 calls per hour.

This is a high paced job, at times, but if your call and time management skills are up to par, you will quickly find this to be a simple and fun job, with lots of down time for your own use (post training)
