We Should Probably Do This More Often.
San Diego to Newport. Newport to Catalina.
Sharks. Dolphins. Flying fish. Mai tais. Questionable people-watching. Five knots when everyone else seemed to be doing thirty.
And somewhere twenty miles offshore, Victoria said three words that pretty much explained the entire trip:

Seventeen hours on a sailboat with your wife will tell you a few things.
There were mako sharks, a hundred dolphins, flying fish, mai tais, some questionable Newport Beach wildlife. Somewhere offshore, I asked Victoria how she was doing.
