Today I had the pleasure of meeting up with Sye (The Hot Sauce Guy) who I met a couple weeks back at the Little Italy Farmer’s Market. He’s the owner of Sunfire Hot Sauce out of Oceanside, CA.

As some of you might know, I’m a hot sauce freak, so when I was walking through the farmer’s market, I had to inquire. Sye was super inviting and handing out samples of nearly 20 different flavors of hot sauce. I tried a couple and was sold instantly. If you like hot sauce on your food, then I’m telling you it’s a requirement to hit him up. He has sauces from no spice all the way up to.. just go find out.

When I first moved to SD, I had to take care of some shipping items, so I stumbled down the street in little Italy to Go Postal, where I was warmly greeted by Gloire Bora aka Bora and his wife, Bridget.

It turns out that Bora and his wife were also new. Not to the area, but to acquiring the business! They are roughly 8 months into the business, and have made some great improvements thus far.
