The last few days have been off the charts!

From two different subgroups of our ETP orcas to humpbacks everywhere we go, October has been full of incredible encounters and there’s no sign of it slowing down. 🐋✨

The seas are too rough today so we’re reminiscing on October 4th when we got to see a huge pod of short-finned pilot whales.

The last sightings of these incredible toothed whales in San Diego was in 2017, which made seeing them that week even more special.

The year has been filled with incredibly unpredicted sightings and we’re so grateful for our amazing whale watching community out of San Diego!

Two blue whales in October?! Are you kidding me?! 🐳💙

These guys are the largest animals to ever live on Earth, and seeing them side by side in October was something we’ll never forget. 🤯🌊

ETP’s are back in town 🫍🤍

Such a surprise this morning and huge thanks to jess_whales for finding them.

The passengers reactions are our favorite part of seeing them!!

They hunted, they played, and they made everyone’s day.

They were heading north so the chance to see them this week is high 🫍🚨

Humpback on our AM trip today, 9/25🐋

After the orcas showed up a couple of weeks ago, we’ve been lucky enough to spend time with our resident dolphins. But we’ve been anxiously awaiting the return of our migrating humpbacks, and today may be the start of many more sightings over the next few weeks!

We’re so happy and excited! 💙

The ocean was very much alive today 🐳🐬

We got to watch a humpback spy hop and roll in kelp and spent time with hundreds of common dolphins!

The mobula rays and flying fish were jumping out of the water all day long.

🫍🚨: ETP’s have been in Orange County and Oceanside all day long and have just been out of reach for our trips today. Book this week for a good chance to seem them!!!
