The moment the vine breaks dormancy and returns to life. Soil temperatures have crossed the 10°C threshold, sap is rising, and these first tender shoots are the biological signal that the new vintage has officially begun.

Every leaf you see here holds the carbohydrates the vine stored through winter, now converted into growth, into potential, into wine. This is where it all starts.

Rondo is one of those places where you don't only go wine tasting, you make friends doing it. And we are fortunate to call Rondo's team exactly that.
