It’s such a fun way to immerse yourselves in the local culture, and encourage the kids to try new things.

People are having bad trips and they don’t even know it.

Nobody ever wants to talk about when vacations goes south — and by south, I don’t mean to the Caribbean to enjoy the beautiful sunshine. ☀️

And even I don’t love having the conversation.

But I’d be skipping a key part of my services if I didn’t mention all of the things I do to help my clients avoid risking their vacation plans and get out of sticky situations.

Things like:

👉 Making sure they’re prepared and have the right documentation to enter the country they’re visiting.

👉 Helping them pick the right resorts/hotels so they don’t end up with accommodations that don’t meet their standards or their needs

Spending hours and hours scrolling through endless websites, comparing prices, reading reviews, and then booking it all?

That’s a lot of work!

If you’re the type who enjoys the research and the brainstorming, I highly recommend doing some of the upfront work — because, quite honestly, it’s fun to dream about getting away!

But then hand over your notes to a travel advisor to do the legwork.

It’s waaaay less of your time spent, and you get the benefit of a second pair of eyes on everything.

Mornings are getting a little crisp here in San Diego, but all the photos I’ve been staring at of the Caribbean sea are reminding me of warmer places.

I’m completely biased but I really do feel travel is the best gift you can give yourself.

It’s a journey of self-discovery just as much as its a journey to explore a new place.

It’s a such a great way to shake things up, reset and get out of a funk.

One of my favorite trips to date that I’ve treated myself to was my trip to Costa Rica back in 2022.

There’s something about ocean views and beach air in another country, people watching while supping great coffee, and a plate of their local fried plantains that just makes life that much sweeter.
