Next on our Tour Coach lineup is Coach Heather Coppola, who will be coaching our Japan Women’s Lacrosse Tour! 🇯🇵🥍

Coach Coppola is the current head coach at Nova University, the 1st head coach of their program as they are gearing up for their inaugural season in 2027. Before her time at Nova, Coppola spent 5 years as the head coach at the University of Mount Olive.

During her time at Mount Olive, Coach Coppola led the Trojans to 5 straight Carolinas Conference Championships and NCAA tournament appearances. She also amassed 3 Conference Carolinas Coach of the Year awards during her tenure. 🏆

About the Japan Women’s Lacrosse Tour, Coppola says “I’m most excited to experience a new country and culture. It’s a great opportunity to coach, meet new people, and see how the sport is growing internationally.”

We are excited to announce one of out tour coaches for the Greece Girls Volleyball Tour, coach Piper Hilgaertner!

Coach Hilgaertner currently serves as an assistant coach for the Women’s Volleyball team at George Fox University. Before coaching, Hilgaertner was a 5 year member of the Bruins team, amassing numerous accolades during her college career.

In 2024, Hilgaertner was named the Northwest Conference Libero of the Year and First-Team All-NWC. As an athlete, she served as the George Fox Volleyball Camp and Lessons Director, and still assists with those programs. She also has 7 years of experience coaching with club teams, and currently also works for the Registrar Office as Operations Manager.

When asked about the Greece Girls Volleyball Tour, Coach Hilgaertner says, ““I’m most excited to get to know the players and to eat as much feta cheese as possible.”

All tour teams are led by current collegiate coaches, ensuring that athletes will be given the best instruction. Training sessions and games with give athletes the opportunity to try new skills, adapt their game to a new form of international style, and learn from the best. 📋🏆

Our tours are executed with safety always being the top priority. Our thoroughly trained staff are prepared to lead athletes on an exciting and safe international adventure.

We’re excited to announce our tour coach for the Italy Women’s Basketball Tour, Coach K.C. Bassett! 🏀🇮🇹

Coach Bassett is currently an assistant coach at the University of Nebraska at Kearney. Before her time as a loper, Coach Bassett served as the head coach at Sterling College for 11 years, and was an Associate Athletic Director and Senior Woman Leader from 2021-2025.

In 2021, Coach Bassett was named the NAIA National Coach of the Year for a tremendous 30-1 season. Before coaching, Basset was also a decorated athlete at Sterling, serving as a 2 year captain and earning the title of KCAC’s Player of the Year. In 2016, Coach Bassett was inducted into the Sterling College Hall of Fame. 🏆

With the Italy Women’s Basketball Tour, Coach Bassett says, “I am most excited about getting a chance to bond with a new team during our time in Italy and experience all the country has to offer.”

We are looking forward to having you as a tour coach, Coach Bassett!

We’re excited to begin introducing our 2026 Tour Coaches!

Starting off strong, we’d like to introduce our Portugal Women’s Soccer Tour Coach, Frank Marino! ⚽️

Head Coach at Cal Lutheran University, Coach Marino brings a depth of experience to the tour, including a NCAA DIII National Championship title in 2023. Over his 14 seasons as a head coach, he has amassed numerous awards, including NCAA Coaching Staff of the Year, and has won 6 SCIAC Conference Championships. 🏆🥇

For the Portugal Women’s Soccer Tour, Coach Marino is most excited to “experience a beautiful country with some amazing student-athletes playing the game they love.”

We’re excited to have you join us as a tour coach this summer, Coach Marino!
