I LOVE my newest clients-amazing family and terrific friends. A birthday party for hubby and only 55 guests!! A lot of work but so much fun. I managed to snap
A few pics of some of the appetizers, but missed pics of dinner and desserts. Pictured is a baby leaf salad with strawberry, walnuts, blue cheese, served with a poppy seed dressing and drizzled with a delicious Strawberry infused balsamic vinegar courtesy of Rick Empie, proprietor of Olive a' Sudden. Delicious. And Blanched Asparagus served with a Greek yogurt dill and lemon dip. And a Caprese Salad with Balsamic and Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil. Yum yum!!
