at the Alpha Project Rosecrans Transitional Shelter . This shelter helps individuals in need to get the help they need to rebuild their lives, gain back their health, find employment, and housing.

I LOVE my newest clients-amazing family and terrific friends. A birthday party for hubby and only 55 guests!! A lot of work but so much fun. I managed to snap
A few pics of some of the appetizers, but missed pics of dinner and desserts. Pictured is a baby leaf salad with strawberry, walnuts, blue cheese, served with a poppy seed dressing and drizzled with a delicious Strawberry infused balsamic vinegar courtesy of Rick Empie, proprietor of Olive a' Sudden. Delicious. And Blanched Asparagus served with a Greek yogurt dill and lemon dip. And a Caprese Salad with Balsamic and Blood Orange Fused Olive Oil. Yum yum!!

I am now officially a BAKING NERD. When you get excited that your new seven tier acrylic cupcake and appetizer stand arrives. AND you share it on Instagram. That's a baking nerd!! But, listen, I can fit 158 cupcakes on this thing. Very cool! 👨🏼‍🍳👍

Fresh Pistachio Pudding Cupcakes . Now do I have one with the homemade strawberry frosting or the milk chocolate and vanilla swirl. Both are whipped cream cream cheese frostings . How about one of each!?!
