Dubrovnik had the most unique citiscape! We stayed at Hotel Bellevue, which is about a 15-minute walk from the old town. The entirety of the hotel is built along the side of a rocky cliff.

Below the hotel lies a beautiful beach, where you can swim, cliff jump, and enjoy food & cocktails. To get to the beach, you take the elevator down the side of the cliff. Opening to, essentially, a cave, a member of the hotel staff greets you with towels and walks you across the pebbly beach to your beach chairs.

One of our top requests was to visit as many Game of Thrones filming locations as possible and she did just that.
