Can you see a difference?

Botox: My forehead is supposed to freeze, have fewer 'fine lines' (euphamism for wrinkles), and the skin should look better.

Lip flip: I should look less like a sea urchin when I smile. A tiny bit of botox lets my top lip relax so that it give it the look of more volume without having to use any filler.

So I'm severly undermaintenced for my age, but for the girls and g**s who ask me about botox (and lip flips), here's a peak inside my amazing, injectors-for-life, Dr. Jenn & Chloe at Haus of Marin.

💉Background: I'm SO FU***NG scared of needles and also overdoing or getting bad work done, but Haus of Marin keeps it real so I don't get carried away, and they have ways to make the pokes not hurt, and also ways to distract me from the fact that they're putting a needle in my face. My mom used to go to get my shots with me, and when I would open my mouth she would throw M&Ms in it and I would stop crying and start chewing. They don't do this but you'll see what they do do to make this process painless and not scary.

Also, as I mention in the vid - they do not pay me in any way for this endorsement, I just really love them and have a lot of ladies (&g**s!) asking about injections and how I look so hot. Jkjkjk just asking about injections, generally, obv.

Became a train person one city at a time 🚂

The Skunk Train just launched its railbike Railcoaster — a 15-mile round trip railbike ride through the Noyo River Canyon redwoods in Willits, including a stop at Camp Crowley, a historic logging camp deep in the forest where you eat your included picnic lunch and pretend you live there forever.

Electric assist, a 100-year-old tunnel, dramatic terrain, and BYO everything. We also did the Highball Express train that same night and I'm ready to go again.

🇨🇷We built a house in Costa Rica! 🏚️❤️🌴

Well, I didn't really do anything, but & his bestie built a house and I just went and visited.

When I came out here a year ago to do restaurant reconnaissance with .Tyner while the guys scoped out parcels, all I saw was a very dry, dusty plot of land.

A year later, they've planted like 70 trees - a lot of them fruit-bearing - and the wet season has come through to turn the beach desert into a lush little paradise. They don't have an address yet but the name of the town appears to be "Paraíso" (you can probably translate that), so that's cool.

Very proud of these guys!
