Work assignments in 5 cities within 24 hours of being ordered to relax. After 🤬 I decided to embrace the adventure of the next 2 weeks & found Christmas in June…

🎁mandatory peace with my phones locked away in faraday bags
🎁surprise detour to Austin to see my mini compete in the NCAA Championships
🎁royal treatment at the swanky Montage Spa
🎁alarm clocks and barking dogs replaced with morning coffee with a moose I named Murdock
🎁invisibility in a new city
🎁future travel credits and room comp to remedy the disturbance from a neighboring room fight & arrest.

WORK turned out to be the REST the doctor ordered.

Life is the adventure you can’t afford to avoid.

✔️Paragliding: It’s Not as Scary as It Looks

I finally checked paragliding off my bucket list yesterday and it was nothing like I expected! I thought I would have to run toward a cliff and hope for the best, but it turns out all you have to do is take a few steps and you’re in the air! The best part was how peaceful it was up there. No noise, no distractions, just me, my thoughts, and the feeling of flying. It was an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone who is looking for something new and exciting to try.

And ask for Mike @ Paragliding San Francisco. He was the best!

Just don’t look down.

(P.S. I’m still not sure how to land.)
