In it, she graciously reflects on our long journey together in the cannabis movement—and my role in helping shape her path in this wild, beautiful world we now call an “industry.”

I’ve been fighting for cannabis justice, access, and dignity for over 23 years—long before dispensaries had menus and before “420-friendly” was a line item in Airbnbs. Back then, we were out in the streets, lobbying lawmakers, educating the public, and building community—planting seeds in concrete.

Sabrina was one of the fiercest women to ever walk into that fight. She faced enormous resistance and harassment and still helped carve out real space for women in this movement. Today, only about 22% of cannabis businesses are women-owned. That number should be much higher—and it’s because of leaders like Sabrina that we even have the chance to improve it.

At Emerald Farm Tours, we are proud to carry the legacy of cannabis activism forward—bringing people face-to-face with the plant, the pioneers, and the truth. We don’t just do tours—we honor the roots.

Our team was blown away by the Yo’Aura Dispensary … this incredible little shop was a total vibe! From the amazing staff and Tribal Council members and elders we got to meet and work with, to the incredible guests and amazing native-made products our team served off the bar… what a fun and positive experience!

I also have to mention how blown away by the family and community vibes that were buzzing at this event. It totally threw me back to the community-centric days of the days of yesteryear! The Tribal Vibe is one that’s full of love and joy and reverence for this plant. I’m all about it. 💚

Massive thanks to Beatriz, Ben, Jesse and the entire team at Yo’Aura, the Hard Rock, and the good people of the Enterprise Rancheria. 🙏 Let’s do it again! 🥳

Another great trip to in the books! Made a visit to the fam at and shared some amazing flower selections from our homies at .family … this year’s harvest is super top notch – a vintage year, if you ask me!

It was also great running into Mandi and from while we were chilling in the lounge. Thanks to everyone who made the trip perfect. And thanks to my awesome host, for being so gracious.

🌿🍂 As the sun set on our last outdoor farm tour of the 2024 season, we welcomed Bay Area locals celebrating a special birthday, joined together by their love for this incredible plant. There’s always something bittersweet about closing a season—reflecting on the months of planning, growing, and sharing, and knowing that each tour is like tending to a garden from seed to harvest. Our team, like a field of plants working towards full bloom, comes together season after season to build something that celebrates this land, this plant, and our amazing cannabis community. 🌱✨

This year, we were honored to welcome so many wonderful guests, connecting them with our world in a way that’s responsible, respectful, and meaningful. To our guests, families, and friends who support us along this journey—thank you. It’s always fun connecting with old friends when I’m on the road. My homie is not just a legendary activist and early mover in California 🌱… Cody Bass is the founder of — one of the state’s oldest and most OG shops.

Cody, himself an OG and accomplished advocate has always supported me and my work with and now and … But I think the he coolest thing about him that I can leave you with, is that my dude has definitely no fear or issues with doing the right thing. This is probably why Cody Bass is also the Mayor of South Lake Tahoe, CA.

In the photos, we are kicking with Cody and his partner Hunter at their new lounge inside the shop. Thank you both for an amazing afternoon and visit to the shop.

What an incredible day celebrating the harvest with the amazing crew at , their friends, and family out on their beautiful h**p farm in Byron, California. I had the pleasure of getting a special tour from my dear friend and Terpene Belt Farms’ lead cultivation director, Jack Norton. Seeing over 100 acres of outdoor, full-term h**p thriving in Alameda County was a true sight to behold!

We sampled their top-tier h**p and naturally derived terpene formulations, grooved to great tunes, and enjoyed some mouth-watering BBQ. It was such a treat to connect with so many of my friends and colleagues in the industry — nothing but love for my OG family. 💚 This community is everything to me, and seeing everyone come together like this makes me even more grateful for the work we do.

Special thanks to Jack and Sharif for hosting and for the constant inspiration. Watching these two friends grow into their leadership roles has been nothing short of remarkable. Sharif is a powerhouse — someone who’s done it all and continues to set the bar with his vision, talents, and drive. The innovations they’re bringing to the table are truly next-level, and their products are raising the standards for h**p worldwide.
