At Tower Tours, your health is our top priority, and we have added new measures to keep all guests and our staff safe before, during and after your tour experience. These practices seek to reduce the risk associated with COVID19 and are modeled after guidance provided by the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

* Wellness Checks - Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. Guests receive temperature checks upon boarding vehicles prior to each tour. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to reschedule your tour.

* Face Coverings - Guests and staff members are required to wear face coverings before, during and after the tour experience. If you do not have a face covering with you, Tower Tours will provide you with a disposable face covering while on tour.

* Social Distancing - Guests will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the tour.

* Loading / Unloading Procedures - Vehicles will be loaded from the back of the bus to the front of the bus to maintain social distancing protocols. Unloading will occur from the front of the bus to the back of the bus.

* Vehicle Capacity - Vehicles will operate at 50% of the total seating capacity.

* Stringent Cleaning - We’ve increased the frequency of disinfecting surfaces and high traffic areas before, during and after each tour, and hand sanitizer will be available to all of our guests.

We want to acknowledge that you may be thinking differently about your plans to visit San Francisco right now. We understand; we are all going through this together on a global level.

We know our job is to inspire you to visit us, but we also know that taking a trip is not advised right now. Like you, we are monitoring the situation hour by hour. We want to provide you with the most current information about how COVID-19 is affecting our city and share the ways you can help .

We're disappointed, too, but the faster we band together to stop the spread, the sooner you can come visit. Come to think of it, that's a different kind of inspiration.

At some point, we'll resume creating and sharing the content you've come to know and love us for. While you might not be able to use this content now, you can store it for later. We're still the same bold, unexpected and open-minded city that we've always been. Nothing can diminish our optimistic spirit, because resiliency is in our DNA.

When the time comes, we'll be here to welcome you back with open arms.
