We get asked all the time: "Are sneakers okay, or do I need heavy hiking boots?"

Most of our guests do just fine in sneakers! If you prefer extra ankle support, hiking boots are a great choice, but the most important thing is wearing something comfortable and broken-in.

We also recommend dressing in layers to stay prepared for temperature shifts as we move through different elevations. Wear your favorite walking shoes, pack a jacket, and you’re ready for the trail. 👟🌲
