ADR Another Dam race registration opens tomorrow, April 1st. No joke.

We are thrilled to announce that USA SUP has partnered with ADR and will be a points race for the USA SUP series, inspiring paddlers to push their limits. ADR website will be updated next week with all the SUP series information, NEW START FORMAT,
USA fueling the excitement of Stand Up racing for series points.
ADR has a rich history, born out of the SUP Kulture, and we are proud to have brought the love of paddling together , thanks to our incredible paddle family.

Thank you Robert Johnson the first years of ADR Another Dam race . The pictures with Uncle Dino and the Pig was year #1 ! That was a story .
We had rocks shooting out from the ground , pig was not completely cooked River Lodge Resort was kind enough to put pans in ovens. Thank you to Caliente Parker, AZ for rice and beans. Thank you for the memories . If you have pictures from past years please share.

What a beautiful weekend it turned out to be. We kicked things off with some nervous moments as we watched the high winds, wondering if we could enjoy beautiful ADR blue skies. But thankful the paddle gods came through with cool mornings and warm afternoon.

Special shout out to Team Arizona OCC for their support of ADR helping registration, and racer support. What about the Race Jerseys designed by Kui Eugenio Ilona White. organizing loaner canoes for traveling teams from Tahiti, Hawaii , Canada , Utah and New Mexico.

It has been an incredible journey to 15th annual. I would have never thought an Idea on a napkin would bring us here. I remember asking Larry Smith to help with ADR and he was , “Let’s see how it goes “ once Larry felt the vibe he and Debbie were all in. Miss you my friends.

The Vibe, Ohana, energy , racing and laughter is what ADR is all about and this year we had plenty.

Adding the new for 2024 long distance relay was a success .
