The village features more than a dozen shops & restaurants. This is a first floor unit with two condos connected to sleep 6. Unit 121/119 is a one bedroom unit with full kitchen, master bath, living room and large patio connected to a studio unit. The studio has two queen beds along with a full bath and kitchenette. There is a door connecting the two units in the living room that you close at nigh
t for privacy. The main unit has dishes and cookware along with a Keurig and regular coffee pot. The unit is located on the 1st floor which means no elevators coming and going. The beach is located about 2 miles on the beach side of Sandestin. Our unit offers free tram service to the beach. The unit comes equipped with beach chairs and a umbrella you are welcome to take to the beach. If you would like to rent beach chairs for your stay, they are available also. The large pool, jacuzzi and exercise room are located on the 3rd floor of the building. The pool area has a snack bar along with 2 full size grills and patio area if you want to cookout.
