If I couldn’t have my hair straightener I don’t know what I’d do! What about you, do you have an electrical plug in item you use everyday? Make sure you know the rules of what is allowed on ship. Unfortunately even still they can refuse an item on board. Other items can include bottle warmers, extension cords, blenders. Recently some have had Dyson air wraps & Shark stylers refused.

Don’t worry you will get it back. It will be tagged and you can pick up after you disembark. Make sure to check your items and maybe have a back up plan. Like a leave in wave cream like Quai’s new one or an air dry cream just in case.

All staterooms are equipped with multiple 110V outlets, which are standard in the U.S. and Canada. Staterooms on board Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy are equipped with a combination of 110V and 220 outlets (European).

Small electrical appliances such as electric shavers, curling irons and flat irons with standard North American plugs will function on board. 110V items should not exceed 1500W and 220V items should not exceed 2000W. A hair dryer is provided in every stateroom for your convenience, but you may bring your own as long as it meets the guidelines above.
