SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR DENTON COUNTY. A thunderstorm capable of large hail is located just west of Ponder moving NNE. This storm should pass just west of Krum and Sanger if it continues on its current track. Put the cars up.

Sub Severe storms are making their way south across our area this morning. As of now these storms are not severe. They will have frequent lightening, gusty winds and small hail. They will also send off an out flow boundary that will bring gusty winds from the north well out ahead of the storms. Later today additional development is likely however the more severe storms this afternoon should stay west and south of the metro. Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms out there!!!

Severe Thunderstorms are feeding ready to cross the Red River as they march South Southeast towards Nocona. 60mph winds and hail up to the size of Limes is possible. Put up the vehicles if you’re in the path of this storm. I’m in route to intercept.
