Due to health reasons, we just had a guest cancel their stay with us, 6/28/25 - 7/5/25, at our BRAND NEW B5 Pointe Santo condo.

Our unit is a 2 bedroom/2 bath, ground floor unit, with walk out lanai, just steps from the pool and beach.

This sign……”Our Happy Place”, is so special to us. It was the only thing that was saved from the condo after Ian. We paid a fortune to have it retrieved and shipped to us in Ohio and then shipped back to Sanibel, to be displayed again in our happy place. I’m excited to say that she is hanging again in the kitchen of B5. Pictures are from pre-Ian and now again, post Ian.

Can’t wait to welcome you back to OUR HAPPY PLACE!

Last week we finally were able to furnish and decorate our BRAND NEW B5 POINTE SANTO!! It has been a very long and challenging road, but I’m so happy to say that B5 is complete, beautiful and ready to welcome you all back to paradise!!
