Friends and family, Our condo on the beach on Sanibel Island is for rent again post hurricane Ian. If you want to rent it into the future let me know. I have a new management company, Kingfisher, and want to make sure you get the friends & family discount which is $300-500 a week depending on time of year. Totally remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Beach and pickleball equipment & 2 bikes provided.

Coquina beach 2C condominium for rent on beautiful Sanibel Island

We are back and renting when we are not there starting March 2025! Friends (includes anyone responding through Coquina Beach 2C Facebook site) and family who contact me first to let me know receive a $300-400 discount per week depending on time of year. FYI due to the last two years of hurricanes and steeply rising insurance rates, all Florida rentals are higher than 2 years ago. Ours is just now in line with pre-hurricane Destin rates….and we, in southern Florida, are 10-20 degrees warmer in the winter!

12/21/24-01/03/25: $3990
01/04/25-01/31/25: $3300
02/01/25-04/25/25: $3990
04/26/25-05/02/25: $3300
05/03/25-12/19/25: $3080

These rates are before 11.5% taxes and fees. The fees are $50 reservation fee, $55 damage waiver, $100 linen fee.
