My wife and I were finally able to line up a day off together and had quite the adventure. The very last cast of the day we managed to hook this beast of a Tarpon. A very technical fight around the bridge that genuinely made my jaw drop. What an awesome birthday weekend.

For all the fellow fisherman in the local area, it’s that time of year again. Tarpon are starting to roll in. If anybody is in need of a short tarpon anchor line, “Guidelines” is taking custom orders starting this week. This one was an 80 foot set up for bridge fishing. Any length available to meet any of your needs. Each line comes with a SS thimble at one end and a splices loop at the other for the ball. Quit wasting time pulling anchors up when you hook up.
