We are a select group of boutique wineries in California's beautiful Santa Ynez Valley. Our Association members are located throughout the Santa Ynez Valley.

Our family owned and operated tasting rooms serve hand crafted and flavorful wine, made from grapes grown in Santa Barbara County. In Los Olivos: Alexander & Wayne, Arthur Earl, and Dreamcote Wine Company. In Solvang: Buttonwood Farm Winery, Carivintas, Casa Cassara, Lincourt Vineyards, Lucas & Lewellen, and Toccata, and in Santa Ynez: Kalyra Winery. We’ve added two more wineries to the Sip Trip SYV Trail, giving you a couple more reasons to chart your course through Buellton and Los Olivos.

In Buellton, Brick Barn Wine Estate brings a scenic estate setting to the trail, surrounded by vineyard views and the wide-open landscape of Santa Ynez Valley wine country.

Over in Los Olivos, Tercero works with grapes from leading vineyards across Santa Barbara County, crafting small-lot wines with a strong focus on Rhône varieties while also exploring a handful of other interesting grapes.

The trail just got a little longer. Add these new stops to your Sip Trip SYV itinerary and get ready to hit the trail September 10-21. 🍷

Circle Bar B Stables 🐎

Sky’s The Limit Ballooning 🎈

Solvang Danish Days 🇩🇰

One of Solvang’s favorite traditions falls right in the middle of Sip Trip SYV. Plan your visit right and you can catch Danish Days, September 18–20. Expect parades, live entertainment,

Nojoqui Falls 🌿

Take a break from the tasting trail with a stop at Nojoqui Falls. A short hike leads through a shaded canyon to the falls, making it an easy outdoor detour while exploring the Valley.

The River Course at Alisal Ranch ⛳

Make time for a round while you’re in the Valley. Open to the public, Alisal Ranch’s 18-hole River Course brings golf and Santa Ynez scenery together for the perfect addition to a longer Sip Trip stay.

Whether you’re looking for something quick before hitting the trail or a leisurely start, you’ll find great places around the Valley to fuel up before the tastings begin.

Get your day in Santa Ynez wine country started right and check out these spots.📍👉

If your Sip Trip starts in Solvang, put Good Seed Coffee on your map for the first cup of the day. Their small-batch coffee, espresso drinks, matcha, and baked goods make it an easy stop before hitting the trail. ☕️🌱

Start your morning in Buellton at Little King Coffee. It’s a neighborhood spot serving specialty coffee alongside a lineup of breakfast toasts and a signature breakfast sandwich. Grab a latte and a bite before saddling up for the day. ☕️🥑

Leave a little extra room for breakfast and stop by The Baker’s Table in Santa Ynez. With a full breakfast menu, house-baked breads, pastries, and more, it’s a great stop to make before the wine starts flowing. 🥞🍳

A morning detour through Ballard puts Bob’s Well Bread right along the way between Solvang and Los Olivos. Stop in for artisan breads, pastries, or breakfast before continuing on to your next Sip Trip stop.🥐🍞

We pulled together a few Santa Ynez Valley stays to get the planning started, including Vinland Hotel and The Landsby in Solvang and Flying Flags in Buellton. They’re only a few of the many options around the Valley, so consider this a starting point for finding the right home base for your trip.

In Buellton, Kalyra Winery brings Aussie spirit to California wine country, while Tierra y Vino pours a broad lineup spanning refreshing whites to rich reds.

Over in Los Olivos, Dreamcôte Wine Co. keeps things fresh and vibrant with pét-nat, carbonic, and traditional fermentations, while Piazza Family Wines focuses on expressive, small-production wines made with minimal intervention.
