I'm 63 years old and I just built an app. 😄

Most people my age are still figuring out how to use apps — I went ahead and built one.

But here's why I did it:

7 years ago I became an Airbnb host with zero experience. I wasn't a landlord. I wasn't a property manager. I was just a woman who was able to have a beautiful home in Santa Clara, Utah near Zion National Park, near Snow Canyon State Park and thought — maybe I can make a little money with this.

What I discovered was so much better than "a little money."

A short term rental done right is one of the best investments you can make. You make memories in it. You make money from it. And one day you leave something behind that your kids will actually thank you for.

Unlike a timeshare — which costs you money forever and you never see a return — a well-managed STR pays for itself. (I know because I own both! 😅)

So I built a course and an app to help people just like me get started the right way.

You don't need to be young. You don't need to be tech savvy. You just need a property and the right system.
