The covid pandemic effects with masses of people buying up affordable travels over one week holiday again. The weather and old systems with affordable mass sales of tickets caught up with them. Southwest is an independent airline not with the additional support of trained and experienced people. I am sad people go through this. Perhaps now Travel Advisors with years of training and experience will be accepted again with the mainstream travelers looking for DIY (Do It Yourself). I have to confident speak self truth using a Travel Advisors. Southwest Airlines and other airlines may choose to bring back trained and experienced Travel Advisors (Agents).
