What is wrong with this whale?

We found this whale putting on a show breaching over and over for us on Saturday. Today, while editing the photos I found that this whales has fishing gear attached to it. This sucks!
PLEASE NOTE: NO fisherman wants this to happen! it is unfortunate for all.
The whales have been feeding close to the Santa Cruz Harbor and so have the Salmon.
We will be back out tomorrow and hopefully be able to report that this piece of fishing gear has fallen off this whale.
With so many whales close to Santa Cruz right now we will need help finding this one whale. Join us.
