From up here you can see why the forecourt at the TCL Chinese Theatre is such a crowd pleaser. Decades of hand and footprints, a pair of stone guardian lions, and a steady stream of visitors hunting for their favorite star. The theatre has been welcoming moviegoers since 1927.

Fun fact for first time visitors: it is pronounced ro-DAY-oh, not like the cowboy kind! Our guests love getting their photo with the famous Rodeo Drive street sign, and the best part is you can wander the whole stretch at an easy pace, no rushing required.

Venice Beach is where LA lets its hair down. Wide open sand, the Pacific rolling in, skaters dropping into the bowls, and a boardwalk full of street performers, artists, and people watching at its finest.

Did you know Venice has real canals? Abbot Kinney dug them back in the early 1900s to bring a little bit of Italy to Southern California, and today the quiet footbridges and garden-lined walkways are one of LA's best kept secrets.
