Hey there!

If you’ve been following me on my personal page, you’ve probably heard all about the amazing retreat we had.

I hope you’re not getting tired of hearing about it because I’m still floating on cloud nine.

Honestly, it exceeded all my expectations.

It was so fantastic that we already have a waiting list for the next one.

The Paddleboard grief coaching is going to be bigger and better than ever, and I can’t wait for the summer to show you all the new things we’ve added for our day and weekend retreats.

Let me tell you about our day retreats.

I spend the entire day with fellow moms, and we dive deep into grief coaching.

We practice various somatic techniques and self-discovery in the embrace of nature.

We talk, we listen, and most importantly, we feel because there’s healing in those feelings.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined me this summer as a customer and a friend.

Your support not only made my dream come true but also helped grieving moms find hope and build new dreams.

Child loss grief isn’t easy to discuss or bear, but I’ve created a safe space where there are no expectations.

Im here to listen and love, just as I wished someone had for me in the early days.

I’m sharing this on Facebook because I want you to see the difference you’re making in the lives of others, including mine.

I hope you can feel the love and dedication behind these words.

This mom is on a mission to make a positive change, and I am thankful for you being a part of it.
