Many agree that fall is the best time of year to visit 30A and the emerald coast. During this time of year, our beach neighborhoods are quiet, inviting and full of special events and activities. The temperatures are still warm, but not too hot and the water is still warm enough for swimming.

Many agree that fall is the best time to visit the beaches of South Walton. During this time of year, our beach neighborhoods are quiet, inviting and full of special events and activities. The temperature is mild - not too crazy hot like the peak summer months - but still warm. The waters are still warm enough to swim and enjoy!
