Your last trip to Panama City Beach was too many people, not enough bedrooms, and a deeply unwell air mattress.

Seven bedrooms here, and every single one of them has its own bathroom. Four are kings. Three are built for families … two of them a king plus two singles, one with two queens and two singles … so the kid situation resolves itself in the driveway instead of over forty minutes and a group vote. Three levels, Gulf-facing balconies upstairs, a pool and a hot tub in the backyard for the two crowds that never overlap. There's a high chair in the house and covers on the outlets, which means somebody in your group can bring the baby and not spend the week following her around. Six bikes underneath and a six-seater golf cart in the drive.

Sleeps 26, Gulf front, beach access across the street.

This one on Airbnb is $6,701. Through Savvy it's $5,715. That's $986 back, same house, same dates, no markup.
