It’s been a very cruise-heavy week over here… and I’m not mad about it 🚢

Just today:
– a Danube Christmas Markets sailing with Avalon Waterways in a gorgeous panoramic suite
– two Royal Caribbean cruises for next Thanksgiving in spacious Grand Suites

And that’s on top of quotes and spring sailings already in motion this week!

“Is it too early to start planning?”

Short answer: no!

This is actually the best time to start. When Disney opens bookings this far in advance, it gives you the biggest advantage:
– the best resort options (before they’re picked over)
– the most flexibility with dates & room
– time to plan dining and other special experiences

The families I work with who have the smoothest, most enjoyable trips are almost always the ones who start early, not the ones trying to piece things together a few months out.

– boutique hotels in Paris, Florence, Riga, or elsewhere
– smaller, experience-driven tours
– availability for the dates that work with your schedule

By early summer, a lot of the good options are limited, and what’s left could be either overpriced or not the best fit.
