Penny's Paradise on 30A has a NEW OWNER!

All your existing reservations are completely intact and will absolutely be honored. We have worked with the new owner and their property manager to transition all the current bookings, payments and contact information. It will be nearly seamless.

They will be the same paradise you have come to expect and everything looks identical. Including the shiny red golf cart.

You’ll be hearing from the new owner via her property manager, Coastal Blue Vacation Rentals, owner Kim Bellville.

This happy guest Terra was here last week for 2nd time and returning again this summer.
"This is our second time in Paradise and we absolutely loved it! It was perfect for our girls trip. We love being able to get in the golf cart or on the bikes and head to the beach or to eat or even crafts in Gulf Place. The girls loved the pool and even made a few local friends!! We can't wait to be back in July!!"
