Linda Bapst and Friends of Blue Parrot Cottage Welcome to beautiful Santa Rosa Beach, Florida! Our cottage is located in the Gulfview Heights community in popular Blue Mountain Beach.

We are on the south side of Scenic 30A just 200 steps from the beach. Having undertaken an interior transformation, we hope to have a virtual tour and 3D pictures shortly. Enjoy a relaxing and memorable family vacation in our two bedroom, two bathroom beach house with private heated pool. Our beautiful beach house accommodates 6 guests comfortably and is a short two minute walk from the driveway t

o the dune walk over. We are also adjacent to Draper Lake making this a perfect getaway for nature lovers. Our home away from home offers a great location, peaceful surroundings, scenic beauty and is close to all amenities. Why Us

This beach house has been our family vacation home for 12 years. To say we love it would be an understatement. We have spent so many wonderful moments at our beach house and are thrilled to extend an invitation to those travelers looking for a special place to visit. We are truly blessed with tremendous guests whose children and grandchildren have also grown up visiting with us. Together we make this dream possible. We have all the comforts of home sprinkled in with many extras! If you need a place to relax please come visit us soon! Let the sound of the surf lull you to sleep, take a dip in the pool or sit quietly watching the sunset. No matter what your preference, we have wonderful outdoor and indoor spaces to enjoy.
