We are delighted to offer two exceptional units for annual rentals in Trailer Estates. Each unit features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, storage sheds, and covered parking. Unlike traditional residential neighborhoods, Trailer Estates provides a distinct rental experience. Our community offers a range of amenities, including a pool, hot tub, marina, private beach, pickleball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, and many other activities. As a 55 and over community, we have age restrictions in place and maintain a no-pet policy. If you are looking for a retirement home, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Hello all! The Queens Quarters now has 2 units available for annual lease starting in April 2026!! Both units are fully furnished and are nestled in the Resort style community of Trailer Estates in Bradenton Florida. Amenities include private marina, and boat launch, private beach with pavilion, kayak launch, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce, woodshop, pool, spa, fitness center, and the great hall were all types of activities happen.

No pets
55+ community

All applicants will require to submit an application and go through a background check. Monthly rates will depend on length of lease please do not comment on this post asking me how much the rent is. Updated 2/2 for rent $1350 plus utilities. Great location near Marina, private beach, and post office. Activity center has plenty of events to stay busy. Pest control, lawn maintenance, cable, trash, and internet included.

Trailer Estates: I have a 2/2 available for annual lease starting 4/1/25. No damage sustained during the storm season, and a seasonal renter will be there through the end of March. Fully furnished, includes cable, internet, and we will cover the cost of the first year's renter's fob. Message me for rates and details. No pets, 55+ only.
