Ok, so just for fun, I looked into a trip from Miami to Barcelona and back in February (Cruise leaves 10 Feb). 12 Day cruise, 5 Nights in Barcelona, and a Travel Tuesday flight back... here's what it looks like for 2 people!
12 Day cruise on Royal Celebrity's Allure of the Seas starting at $1311 (interior), Oceanview starting at $1,511.50 (that's for 2 people!)
3 Nights at the Grand Hyatt Barcelona - (Starting at) $636.81
Now, you get the Privee Perks - Breakfast for 2 every morning, $100 Hotel Credit for use during your stay, Welcome letter and amenity, Room Upgrade (if available), and early check-in/late check out (subject to forecasted occupancy).
Now, most airlines give you the best available rates directly on their websites, so there isn't much use for a Travel Advisor for flights except for Premium Class and International Travel but... there are always deals to be found and I've made this trip several times, so I can give you the best way to do it (i.e. flights that have meals, checked bags included etc)
