🎶"I don't have my pepper spray so please stay away"🎶
Do you ever get afraid when you are alone in the woods? It's okay, sometimes I do too. But it doesn't keep me out, it just means I have to change the way I do it.

Of course I recommend that you use practical safety strategies like carry a first aide kit, a whistle, tell somewhere where you are going.

But there's also energy practices you can incorporate by talking to nature. And it goes both ways! You can tell it what you want to see as well as what you don't want to see. Try it!

Ask to see a flower of a certain color or a type of bird. Be patient and make sure you give nature an opportunity to respond.

Bee Medicine is flowing!
Like I always say, when you reach out to nature, she'll extend her arm back to you.

Just before this happened, I established a conscious connection with the landscape and didn't even have to use words. My thoughts created a vibration or frequency that the Earth responded to.

It feels like a reciprocal energy flow

Myakka is WET! It's doing exactly what it is intended for, to hold water. But that also means the vortexes are flooded and it won't be a comfortable journey. So I'm cancelling Myakka tours in September.

The easy trails are passable, like to the canopy walk and Powerline trail. Fox High road has some big puddles, but you can still walk around it out to all weather road. I turned around on Fox Low when the water crossed the entire trail.

I'll stop be hosting tours at Oscar Scherer. Check out the booking calendar on my website.

Observe with your eyes as well as your intuition. Nature is constantly communicating through color and shape and movement. Yes, it's important to learn to trust your inner knowing, but don't forget to also take into account the outer reality.

I spent more time than usual with this balm plant and I just kept getting sucked in deeper and deeper into the messages.

Overall and really grateful that I befriended be balm this week because she really eliminated an important lesson for me about not abandoning the parts of us that are uncomfortable.

Sometimes it's hard to be alone with our thoughts because those uncomfortable things come to the surface. And perhaps that's why a lot of us feel the need to be doing something in nature rather than just letting our essence be in nature.

That's what a Vortex tour feels like, learning to just feel our human beingness. And stop pressuring human doing.

Check it out and walk with me!

Synchronicities are always happening and I welcome more into my life. The more we believe in signs, the more they will enter our reality. I asked a friend for advice and then within an hour I was practicing what she said and experiencing relief.

Did I manifest that or did I create it out of my own consciousness? Is that just called trying things with free will?

Like most things in life, it doesn't really matter what words we attach to it. What matters is that we notice how it affects us.

It was just really cool to see how one principal of my work works the same in another practice. That clarity strengthens my belief that everything is interconnected and life can really be as simple as we make it.

Is there an emotion you are avoiding feeling, but can't seem to get out of your head? Bee balm wants to help with that.

Those deep feelings of shame or unworthiness that seem to color every cell of our existence when trapped in that cycle can slip away like dirt down the drain if we invite nature to be our healer.

Not sure where to start? Follow this channel for more practical tips on how to communicate with nature, the original and most powerful medicine on the planet!

Or if you're ready to jump start your healing. Book a tour and we'll dive deep head on into the flowers!

"Fill out your edges and satiate yourself"

Nature knows what we need and she's excited to share it with us. Remember that you have a village of Wise elders. They're just not in human bodies in timeline right now.

Paddling with women on the water this morning!

Part 2: get grounded with coco plum. I kept having this feeling of putting on heavy boots or my feet merging with the Earth.

Typically the flowers want me to lean in but I guess this wasn't a flower. It had already gone to fruit. And the fruit very much said lean back.

Not going to give me space way but in a give yourself space way. That's where nature communication can feel scary because sometimes you have to interpret the message and extrapolate the poetry.

That's why it's good to have a guide. I'll take you through the vortex safely with Grace and ease and help interpret all the messages along the way.

Part 1: what if the medicine is not a trait or an action but just a field of energy?

I kind of doubted this message when I first got it, but nature never changed her mind and just kept repeating it in different ways until I finally heard it.

Nature will whisper and nudge you gently for a long time before the tree falls on your house because you weren't paying attention.
