We are excited to announce our next Whisky Tour!
This is a very small group tour of 4-6 guests that will be led by Holly Seidewand, aka . This trip will consist of 8 nights along the West Coast of Scotland with stays in Oban, Fort William and on the islands of Mull and Skye. Distilleries that will be included are Oban, Tobermory, Ardnamurchan, Ben Nevis, Torabhaig, Talisker, Raasay and more. A true once-in-a-lifetime experience in one of the most beautiful areas in Scotland.

Huitlacoche, an incredible Mexican delicacy will be featured at our Rascal + Thorn Guest Chef Series dinners coming up this Wednesday (9/27) at the gorgeous in the Catskills.

Chef .oliva.rico from Mexico City’s lauded and as well as his brand new cocktail bar .cdmx returns to the area (we invited him to cook at the second Fire Feast on the Farm at Pitney Meadows Community Farm in Saratoga Springs in 20018) for 2 sensational seatings! The late seating is sold out, but there are still some seats available for the early seating.
