We recently added a bar-height table, chairs and a new louver wall for shade downstairs! It's a perfect hangout spot to watch a game, play darts or pingpong.

Finally finished the replacing the pier boards. Not an easy task!😫 If you're thinking it looks crooked... well the base underneath is, so we had to go with what was there!😜 Just glad it's sturdy and safe!

Welcome to Sargent and our house on Caney Creek called Keepin' It "Reel."🎣We love fishing and this town. You can't beat this location. No boat, no problem! We've caught many species of fish off our pier: redfish, bull reds, alligator gar, black drum, croaker, flounder, whiting, sheepshead, crab and more! Skip the extra fees for cleaning and taxes on other rental sites. Free wifi. Leashed pets who are potty trained and flea-free are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee.

**Our house is a work-in-progress which is why it's so cheap. You will see unfinished floors, but you can't beat the location! Let's face it, you're there to fish, not be inside all day!

House $225/night
Holiday weekends - 3 night minimum
Pet fee $100, non-refundable
Extra person over 8, $50 per person
Deposit of $200 is due at booking to hold your spot. If you cancel for any reason, you will lose the deposit.
Need to accommodate more than 8 people? Add on the RV hookup for $100.
*No extra taxes or cleaning fees!

3 bed/2 bath - sleeps 8 with the pullout couch. We also have a queen air mattress.

Sheets & towels provided. We do NOT have a dishwasher or washer/dryer yet - I know, kind of old-school...

Check in at 3pm (we are flexible if you need earlier than that), Check out at 12 pm (again, we are flexible if there aren't any other bookings immediately after).

In the storage room under the house you'll find a kayak, pingpong table, camp chairs, beach umbrellas, crab traps, co****le, horseshoes, volleyball net, croquet, boogie boards, coolers, outdoor propane burner/cooking equipment and propane. There is also an ice machine and ice bags for your convenience.

Relax in the shade and play a game of darts! We also have a ping pong table, bocce ball, croquet, corn hole, volley ball, horseshoes, tv and seating area to enjoy the breeze.

We are pet-friendly! Dogs must be on a leash when downstairs. An additional $100 non-refundable pet payment per pet is required. Only potty-trained and flea-free pets please!
