Why Us? Because even broken coffee machines get our attention...

WhatsApp: Day 1 - "Can't get a cup of coffee this morning. Machine in room doesn't work. Room service doesn't answer and in office gave me a cold cup of coffee he had sitting on a table for someone. They are very accommodating until you ask for something. So far would not recommend." This was followed by a phone call and email flurries between us and the GM. GM offered multiple apology options; complimentary round trip transfers to dinner restaurants for two evenings were accepted.

WhatsApp: Day 2 - "We are doing a 3-hour boat tour today. The hotel scheduled it for us. They have been nice and apologetic since the coffee situation."

Because when we are not working on one of your fabulous trips, we are advocating for the industry and on your behalf! Participating in the Legislative Day was incredible. One of our issues was getting a seat on the Aviation Consumer Protection Advisory Committee so we can protect your interests while flying and another was ensuring prompt airline refunds!
