Hot take: September might be Disneyland's time to shine.

Halloween is already underway, crowds are often lower, and Southern California weather is usually much kinder than Florida. And one of my favorite parts? Everything is close. Parks, hotels, dining... even a midday break is actually realistic.
If you're thinking Disney in September, Disneyland may be worth a closer look. 🎃

National Teddy Bear Day calls for a little Disney trivia!
Did you know Humphrey the Bear is the mascot of Disney's Wilderness Lodge?
You'll find him on merch, pins, and around the resort, but not usually in person. I'd love to see him make a character appearance someday!

⛈️ Hurricane season doesn't automatically mean a ruined vacation. (Ask me how I know lol)

Most trips happen without a hitch, but weather can sometimes mean delayed flights, itinerary changes, or even park closures.

Here's your reminder that you don't have to do all the things on a Disney Cruise.

Yes, there are shows to see, activities to try, characters to meet, and plenty of magic around every corner. But sometimes the best part of the day is grabbing a coffee, finding a quiet spot on deck, opening a good book, and simply enjoying the moment.
I'm a planner by nature, but even I love building in a little time to slow down and just be.

International Bacon Day might be the perfect excuse to try one of these!!

One of my favorite hidden gems at Universal is the London Taxi Hut in Diagon Alley. While the bacon lovers in your group may have their favorites, I'm heading straight for a Jacket Potato with broccoli and cheese!!! Simple, comforting, and a great alternative when you need a break from traditional theme park food.

Come for the animals, but stay for the peace and quiet.

Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite Deluxe Resorts. Between the beautiful atmosphere, incredible dining, and animals right outside the resort, it feels like a world away from the parks.

The best part? You don't need a savanna-view room to enjoy the magic. There are plenty of viewing areas throughout the resort where you can watch the animals and soak it all in.

For families who need a peaceful place to recharge after a busy park day, this one is hard to beat.

Orlando in September may be hot, but shorter waits, easier dining reservations, and lighter crowds make it a fan favorite times to visit!!

Personally, I'll take the heat over the crowds every time.

While the thrill seekers are off riding the mountains, the bag holder is enjoying the air conditioning, people-watching, and a little peace and quiet.

Honestly? It's a badge of honor.

Muggles, Hogwarts is calling... but a little friendly advice first!

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey is one of the most immersive attractions at Universal Orlando, but it's also one of the roughest for guests prone to motion sickness.

My recommendation? If motion rides aren't your thing, still walk through Hogwarts Castle. The queue is incredible, and you can always take the "chicken exit" before boarding.

Sometimes the best memories come from experiencing the magic in a way that works for you.
