It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with split floor plan that feels open and inviting. Wonderful community, beautifully landscaped and maintained, a
nd also very friendly and peaceful. The pool is just steps from the unit and is visible from the kitchen / dining window. It’s also centrally located so you are only 5-15 minutes from everything in Scottsdale, or hop on the 101 and be anywhere in the Greater Phoenix area within 30 minutes
Our place is fully stocked for anything you’d need for your stay. Every guest so far has commented one of their favorite things was relaxing and enjoying the peacefulness of the balcony. Of course, the heated pool and hot tub is the other favorite being just steps away. The tennis and pickleball courts are also just around the corner along the beautiful community greenbelt (walking ) path, which is perfect for a morning or sunset stroll. If you enjoy a longer walks, you are not far from the Indian Bend Greenbelt walking/bike trail. The master has 2 closets with built in dresser and storage and plenty of space and hangers to hang all your clothes! Guest closet also has built in dresser and storage in addition to plenty of hangers and space to hang your clothes. If you like to eat out you are in a tremendous location because you can find fast food, fine dining, and everything in between within minutes. For that morning coffee or sunset cocktail, please enjoy the balcony while listening to the relaxing sounds of birds chirping. Of course, there are also 100+ golf courses across the valley as well, so if you are a golfer, this is your paradise. This condo is a prime location - feels private, yet has easy access to the 101, where you will be close to shopping, dining, casinos, spring training stadiums, hospital and Scottsdale's Old Town. It’s also convenient for day trips to Cave Creek for the Old West, Payson, Sedona, or the Grand Canyon. Of course, during Feb/March, you are perfectly situated for Spring Training Baseball! Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies are just minutes away, with easy access to the rest of Cactus league field with a simple hop on the 101 freeway.
