Responsibilities:

Your role will be to administer all social media accounts in relation to RHG

The Marketing Director will be your Direct Report

Ultimately, you should be able to handle our social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement

Creating a social media strategy is the key to your results

Making sure that you focus on the right channels and activities

Creating your user personas to target and helping your team to find tactics that lead to desired goals

Work closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals

Create budgets for social media activities

Work with store management on defining areas of need

Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the store management and executive teams

Monitor the company's social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users

Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews

Social Media Implementation

Effectively execute social media strategy through campaign management, social media engagement, and content creation

Manage all social media advertising campaigns and day to day activities

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content (for all channels and ads)

Implement a content editorial calendar to manage content and plan specific, timely marketing campaigns

Community outreach

Develop influencer networks for each concept

Post and comment on relevant blogs, accounts, etc

Integrate social with all other channels of marketing (SEO, content marketing, email, print and digital marketing)

Engage in conversations and answer questions

Create and maintain a social media editorial calendar and posting schedule

Develop benchmark metrics to measure the results of social media programs

Identify and improve organizational development aspects that would improve content (ie: employee training, recognition and rewards for participation in the company's marketing and online review building)

Analyze and evaluate social media campaigns and strategies

Monitor trends in social media

Monitor the activities of main competitors in social media and compare

Monitor social space for brand and related topics and conversations
