It is with heartfelt sadness that we share the passing of our dear friend, Ryan Tietz. Last week, Ryan suffered a catastrophic stroke and he passed away on Monday. Ryan was with Greey|Pickett for 22 years, a true pillar of our GP Team. He played a large role in our little firm. He was an excellent project manager, working with the best professionals in the business. He shined in his on-site skills and ability to make sure the project drawings came to life. We will miss the joy he brought to our office and his brilliant laugh that would light up every room. He always knew how to have some fun at the end of the day. So cheers to you, Ryan. Thank you for brightening our lives and making us a stronger firm. You will be greatly missed. We continue to send love from the GP Family to the Tietz family.

Repost Peek inside this breathtaking storybook cottage alive with English charm and moody saturated hues. Wanting to transform this Arizona abode for his family, home builder and interior designer Austin King teamed up with landscape architect to overhaul the 1951 property, amping up the front garden gate’s arch with a romantic swag of Pink Iceberg roses and modernizing the interiors with a mix of white oak floors, nickel gap siding and custom wainscoting. Now, this idyllic stone-accented cottage continues to enchant the growing family and anyone who might stop by along the way.
