Our Fourth of July Fireworks Cruise remains one of the coolest trips we take all year! Getting a front row seat down on the river for what feels like a private show on the water is truly remarkable.

Thanks to the Scottsville Fire Dept. and the Town Scottsville for putting on such a great event for our community!

The 40th Annual James River Batteau Festival is in the books! For the first time in several years we had plenty of water and the pushing and dragging was non-existent. The more time we spend on the river the more this festival is a celebration of the fantastic people that make it possible. Each river character is a brush stoke in the cacophony that is the JRBF. There is no week that has consistently made us laugh, smile, and created lifelong memories the way the Batteau Festival has. So thank you to the brave men and women who make it possible and show up year after year to create a moment in time that is greater than the sum of its parts!
