🪄✨ WELCOME BACK TO HOGWARTS! ✨🪄

September 1st has arrived, which means it’s time to dust off our robes, grab our wands, and make our way to Platform 9¾… because a new school year is beginning! 🏰🚂⚡️

And if you’re a Harry Potter fan visiting Universal Orlando, there are a few things I consider absolutely essential…

🚂 Ride the Hogwarts Express!
Be sure to have a Park-to-Park ticket so you can journey between Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade.

And here’s a little bit of wizarding advice… ✨
Ride it BOTH ways! The experience changes depending on which direction you’re traveling, so you’ll want to experience both journeys. Trust me you won’t want to miss either one!

🍺 And then there’s Butterbeer… 🍺

Hot Butterbeer has my heart, but the cold and frozen versions are pretty magical too especially when you’re trying to survive that Florida sunshine! ☀️😂

There’s just something about wandering through the streets of Hogsmeade, exploring Diagon Alley, hearing the Hogwarts Express whistle in the distance, and sipping Butterbeer that makes you feel like you’ve stepped straight into the pages of the story. ✨📖

🏰✨ Okay, East Coast Disney fans… hear me out.

As someone who grew up going to Disney World, I honestly wasn’t sure how I would feel about Disneyland. Would it feel different enough? Would it be worth traveling across the country with a toddler?

The answer is a HUGE YES. ❤️

Disneyland completely surprised me.

I loved how easy the parks were to navigate, especially with a little one. We experienced attractions that were brand new to us, found familiar favorites with their own West Coast twists, and got to explore the place where it all began.

And then there’s the history. 🥹

Walking through the original Disneyland and knowing Walt Disney himself walked these same paths gave the entire trip a feeling that Disney World simply can’t replicate. There’s something really special about experiencing the original.

I was definitely hesitant about taking a toddler across the country, but this trip reminded me that sometimes the adventures that make you the most nervous end up being the ones you’re happiest you took. ✈️✨

And yes… we will 100% be back.

If you’ve only ever done Disney World, take this as your sign to put Disneyland on your list. I truly think every Disney lover should experience the original at least once. 🏰❤️

And as a travel advisor, I can officially say I have a whole new appreciation for helping my clients experience Disneyland for themselves! ✨

🚿✨ WHEN TRAVEL DOESN’T GO QUITE AS PLANNED… ✨🚿

Well… we woke up this morning to a little vacation surprise. NO WATER in our room! 😳😂

Definitely not how we pictured starting the day, but that’s one thing travel teaches you quickly: sometimes you just have to pivot! 💁‍♀️✨

Instead of letting it put a damper on our morning, we made the most of it! We grabbed our things, changed up our plans, and headed out to enjoy some morning magic together. ☀️🏰💕

Because the perfect vacation isn’t always about everything going perfectly. It’s about making the most of the unexpected moments, laughing through the hiccups, and continuing to make memories along the way. ❤️

And honestly? This is exactly why having a travel advisor in your corner matters. When something unexpected happens, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. 😉

Now… fingers crossed we have water when we get back! 😂🚿✨

We are being spoiled here at Disneyland so far! We are having a blast. I can’t wait to bring everything I’m learning for my clients

Also my baby is 40 inches and could ride the big boy rides. My mom heart can’t handle it !
